UWF Students Protest Yenor’s Appointment
UWF students are speaking out against Scott Yenor’s appointment to the Board of Trustees. Around 200 students gathered in protest, citing concerns over his past remarks about women and LGBTQ+ individuals. Student organizer Sol Alfonso called Yenor an "alt-right bigot", warning of the negative impact his leadership could have on campus inclusivity.
